A house haunted by details is a home
do you remember when the yeast of me
devoured the starch of you
and he pursued a leg of cheap rosé
and he glanced away
A primate haunted by details is a person
A Human. Real. Person.
out where georgia okeefe rides a coyote
and each trunk of lightning is a y axis
across the x of the horizon
A moment haunted by details is a memory
And a number line haunted by memories is a life
And somewhere in there’s the Devil
but youre a second son and im just the firstborn girl
and our parents are still waging their wars thru our therapists
Sleep, haunted by details, is dreaming
And a haunted mind is the ghost in you
And every detail is a ghost made real
And this page is a haunted thing too
a polaroid wept a tear of grape
