The International Dark Poets Prize: Edition IV, our largest yet, is now open for entries! This global poetry competition invites you to submit your most captivating poems that explore the beauty within darkness. The winner will receive the prestigious title of International Dark Poets Prize IV Winner and a cash prize of £1000.

Every entry will also be considered for publication, with the chance of being awarded an honourable mention. How to enter

• Entry Fee:

  • £6 per poem 

  • £10 for 3 poems (£3.33 per poem)

  • £14 for 5 poems (£2.80 per poem)

• Maximum of 250 words per poem (not including title)

• Word documents preferred

• Include title and word count within document

• Entries close Monday 30th November

• Winner announced beginning of January

• All entries considered for publication
